Florian OttoandCopilot 9ae7a0f0ec Remove Respond.js polyfill and add new boilerplate CSS, browser config, and impressum page. Introduce index page and Mett calculator functionality with associated JavaScript files. Update styles for responsive design and include favicon links in HTML.
